Choose something that you will enjoy
Bring a buddy for encouragement
Make sure your class isn’t too long

YOU CAN BURN CALORIES WALKING

I love the treadmills because if the weather ‘
is bad I would walk and run on the treadmill

I love it! I have at my gym and one at home
This machine is a total body workout
I saw results the first time I started using this machine
I recommend 20-30 minutes on this machine
I recommend 3-6 day a week

Stairmaster Machines &  The Bikes  

The One Machine I love Is The Stairmaster Machines
It burns lots of calories
I work up a sweat in 10 minutes!
I highly recommend it!

Have Towels & Cleaning Supplies
Personal Trainers Available
Make sure the location is close to your home
Talk to other people  in the gym ask them for feedback about the gym
Make sure they have a water fountain and water in their machines
